Terms of Service

Effective date: Last updated:

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer", "Subscriber") and Raiden ("Raiden", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Raiden website at raiden.wtf, the Raiden dashboard, and all Raiden products and services, including without limitation:

  • Raiden Bolt — transaction landing API
  • Raiden Surge — raw shred streaming
  • Raiden Pulse — binary decoded shreds via gRPC
  • Raiden Vortex — Geyser-compatible account and transaction gRPC streams
  • Raiden Terminal — real-time on-chain analytics terminal and JSON API

(collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, generating an API key, connecting to any endpoint, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

2.2 You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list.

2.3 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false, misleading, or deliberately obscured identity, contact, or usage information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One account is issued to one person or entity. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, sublicensed, or assigned without our prior written consent.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

3.1 Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Raiden grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your own internal purposes, within the tier, region, throughput, and connection limits you have purchased.

3.2 The licence is granted for the specific use you have declared to Raiden at signup or on request. Any material change to the nature, scale, or purpose of your use requires prior written notice to and approval by Raiden.

3.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Raiden.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not, and must not permit or enable any third party to:

4.1 Undisclosed or unauthorised use. Use the Services for any purpose, workload, integration, product, or entity that you have not disclosed to Raiden, or that falls outside the scope of the licence granted in Section 3. This includes routing traffic on behalf of undisclosed third parties, operating the Services as a hidden backend for another product, or exceeding, circumventing, or masking the tier, region, throughput, connection, or trial limits you have purchased.

4.2 Resale and redistribution. Resell, relicense, rent, lease, sublicense, broker, syndicate, mirror, proxy, rebroadcast, or otherwise make available to any third party — whether for a fee, for free, or in exchange for any other consideration — any part of the Services, including API keys, endpoints, credentials, shred streams, gRPC streams, decoded transaction data, analytics data, screener output, or API responses. Sharing a single subscription, key, or seat across multiple persons, entities, teams, or customers constitutes resale under these Terms.

4.3 Illicit activity. Use the Services in connection with any activity that is illicit, fraudulent, or deceptive under any rule or regulation applicable to you or to Raiden. This includes, without limitation: money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; theft, drainer operations, phishing, wallet compromise, or exploitation of smart contract vulnerabilities; market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, rug pulls, or the launch or promotion of fraudulent tokens; unauthorised access to any system, network, or account; distribution of malware; or any activity that violates the rights of any third party.

4.4 Abuse of the infrastructure. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, or routing logic of the Services; probe, scan, stress-test, or attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, or billing controls; interfere with or degrade the Services or any other customer's use of them; or scrape or bulk-extract data other than through the documented interfaces and within your purchased limits.

4.5 Misrepresentation. Represent yourself as Raiden, use Raiden's name, marks, or performance claims without written permission, or represent Raiden as endorsing, auditing, or approving your product, token, fund, or strategy.

5. Enforcement — Immediate Termination Without Refund

5.1 If Raiden determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that you have breached Section 4 — including any undisclosed or unauthorised use, any resale or redistribution, or any illicit activity — Raiden may immediately and without prior notice:

  • (a) suspend or permanently terminate your account;
  • (b) revoke all API keys, credentials, and access tokens;
  • (c) terminate all Services across all products and all regions, including any Services not directly connected to the breach; and
  • (d) delete all associated configuration, saved queries, wallet groups, favourites, flows, and stored data.

5.2 No refund. Termination under this Section 5 is without refund of any kind. You forfeit all fees already paid, including the unused remainder of any monthly, weekly, or daily subscription period, any multi-region or volume discount, any prepaid balance or credit, and any unused trial entitlement. No pro-rata refund, credit, transfer, or account balance will be issued under any circumstances.

5.3 Termination under this Section 5 does not limit any other remedy available to Raiden, including claims for damages, recovery of unpaid fees, or referral of the matter to the competent authorities or to affected third parties.

5.4 Raiden may also, at its discretion, permanently ban the individuals and entities responsible from creating future accounts, and may decline service to any related person or entity.

5.5 Raiden may, but is not obliged to, issue a warning or provide an opportunity to cure before acting. Any tolerance of a breach on one occasion does not waive Raiden's right to act on any other occasion.

6. Fees, Billing and Trials

6.1 Fees are those published at raiden.wtf or set out in your written order, and are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

6.2 Subscriptions — including Bolt tiers and per-region Surge and Pulse plans — are billed in advance for the applicable period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

6.3 All fees are non-refundable. Except where a refund cannot validly be excluded, Raiden does not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments for partial periods, unused capacity, cancelled subscriptions, downgrades, regions you stop using, or periods of suspension or termination.

6.4 Multi-region discounts apply only for as long as the qualifying regions remain active. Dropping below a discount threshold adjusts pricing from the next billing period.

6.5 Free trials last 3 hours and are provided once per account and per region, for evaluation only. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple identities, or otherwise cycling to obtain repeated or extended trial access is a breach of Section 4.1 and is subject to Section 5.

6.6 Failure to pay any amount when due entitles Raiden to suspend or terminate the Services without refund of amounts already paid.

6.7 Payments made in digital assets are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

7. Beta, Early Access and Private Beta

Products or features designated beta, early access, or private beta — including Raiden Vortex and Raiden Terminal early access — are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, carry no uptime or performance commitment, and are excluded from any service level commitment. Access may be granted, limited, or revoked at Raiden's discretion.

8. Availability and Performance

8.1 Latency figures, landing statistics, uptime targets, and throughput numbers published by Raiden are indicative measurements of infrastructure performance under observed conditions. They are not guarantees of any outcome for your transactions.

8.2 Raiden does not control the Solana network, validators, leader schedules, block production, network congestion, or the behaviour of other market participants. Raiden does not warrant that any transaction will land, land in a particular position, land within any time, or be profitable.

8.3 Any service level commitment applies only where expressly stated in a written agreement, and its stated remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for unavailability.

8.4 Raiden may perform maintenance, change endpoints, adjust routing, modify regions, and modify or discontinue features. Where practicable, material changes will be announced in advance.

9. Data

9.1 On-chain data delivered through the Services originates from the Solana network. Raiden does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, ordering, or timeliness, and does not warrant that decoded or derived data is free from error.

9.2 You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Raiden the licence necessary to operate, secure, and support the Services.

9.3 Raiden processes operational, telemetry, billing, and usage data as necessary to run the Services, enforce these Terms, detect abuse, and meet its compliance obligations.

9.4 On termination, Raiden may delete your data. Where termination occurs under Section 5, deletion may be immediate and without an export window.

10. Security and Credentials

10.1 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API keys, credentials, private keys, and wallets. Raiden never requires your private keys and will never ask for them.

10.2 All activity under your credentials is deemed to be yours. You must notify Raiden immediately of any suspected compromise.

10.3 You are responsible for the transactions you submit, including their contents, tips, signatures, and consequences.

11. No Advice

The Services provide infrastructure, data, and analytics only. Nothing produced by the Services — including screener output, scoring, wallet or developer analysis, sniper comparison, backtesting results, or any signal — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or professional advice of any kind, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. All decisions are your own.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted, Raiden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for any lost profits, lost trading opportunity, missed or failed transaction, unrealised gain, MEV or arbitrage loss, liquidation, slippage, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however caused and under any theory of liability.

13.2 Raiden's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Raiden in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose and even if Raiden was advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raiden, its operators, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable costs of defence) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable rule or regulation, or any claim by a third party to whom you provided access to the Services in breach of Section 4.2.

15. Suspension for Other Reasons

Independently of Section 5, Raiden may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect the integrity, security, or availability of the infrastructure, to comply with a regulatory or compliance obligation, or to respond to non-payment. Where suspension results from your act or omission, no refund or credit is due.

16. Changes to These Terms

Raiden may amend these Terms. The current version will always be published at raiden.wtf. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the notice or, if none is stated, fourteen (14) days after publication. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services; no refund is due for the remainder of the current period.

17. Term and Termination by You

17.1 These Terms apply for as long as you hold an account or use the Services.

17.2 You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscriptions and ceasing use. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no refund is due for the unused remainder.

17.3 Sections 4, 5, 6.3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 18 survive termination.

18. General

18.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any written order and any product-specific documentation referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.

18.2 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

18.3 No waiver. A failure or delay in exercising any right is not a waiver of it.

18.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Raiden's prior written consent. Raiden may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets.

18.5 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including network, validator, datacentre, or upstream provider failure.

18.6 Notices. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account or posted in the Raiden dashboard.
